Diabetes Support Group

Location: North Side Library Conference Room, 3516 - 5th Ave, Des Moines

Hy-Vee, ADA (American Diabetes Association) and JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) will be hosting the Diabetes Support Group throughout 2015. On the third Wednesday of every month, come join us at the North Side Library Conference Room for an hour of fun and friendship.

The North Side Public Library is located at 3516 - 5th Avenue in Des Moines.
