1 (8 oz) package fresh sliced mushrooms | ||
¼ c. reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce | ||
pinch Hy-Vee crushed red pepper | ||
chopped fresh cilantro, optional |
Directions
- Spray a large non-stick skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Sauté mushrooms for 5 minutes.
- Stir in teriyaki sauce and crushed red pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 to 3 minutes or until teriyaki sauce has thickened slightly.
- If desired, sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
