    1 (48-oz.) container pistachio-almond ice cream, softened
    9 to 10 Hy-Vee Bakery frosted fudge brownies
    Pistachios, shelled, chopped, for garnish

    • 9x5-inch loaf pan
    • Parchment paper

    Directions

    1. Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving about 1-inch of parchment extending over the edges of the pan. Spoon ice cream into prepared pan, spreading evenly. Place a single layer of brownies, frosting sides down on top of ice cream, trimming edges to fit. Cover and freeze for 8 hours or up to 24 hours.

    2. To serve, use parchment to lift uncut dessert out of pan. Peel off parchment and slice dessert. Garnish with chopped pistachios, if desired.
