Things To Grab

  • Large baking sheet
  • Aluminum foil
  • Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray
  • Medium bowl
  • Whisk
  • Large resealable plastic bag
  • Small saucepan

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cover a large baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Add egg and milk to a medium bowl; whisk to combine; set aside.

  2. In a large resealable plastic bag, add cereal, ground sage, onion powder, dried basil, and salt and pepper, to taste. Shake to mix ingredients.

  3. Add Short Cuts broccoli and cauliflower to egg mixture, tossing to coat. Place in resealable plastic bag and shake to coat broccoli and cauliflower. Once coated, place cauliflower and broccoli on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, or until vegetables are crisp-tender and golden brown.
