Dice it small or keep it chunky and pair with a sturdy corn tortilla chip—either way, this simple but pure version is for genuine avocado lovers.

Directions
- In a large bowl stir lime juice, salt and cumin. Add avocadoes and tomato; gently toss to coat.
- Serve with tortilla chips if desired.
