2 yellow peaches, pitted and halved
Fresh mint, for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat a charcoal or gas grill with greased grill rack for direct cooking over medium-high heat.

  2. Place watermelon, pineapple, and peaches on grill rack. Close grill lid; grill 4 to 8 minutes or until charred and softened, turning halfway through. remove from gill. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
