Directions
- Preheat a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking to medium heat.
- Place corn, in husks, on grill and grill 25 to 35 minutes or until husks blackened. If husks begin to blacken early, move corn to coolest side of grill or reduce temperature of one side of grill. Remove from grill and carefully husk corn.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine butter and chipotle seasoning. Spread butter mixture and squeeze lime wedges over corn before serving.
