1 large Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced | ||
1 small onion, thinly sliced | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice | ||

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9-by-13-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place fish in the prepared pan. Sprinkle with salt. Lay apple slices on top of fish. Lay onion slices on top of the apple slices.
- Combine lemon juice and water. Pour over fish.
- Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Before serving, remove and discard apple and onion slices.
