How it works
Pay in advance by contacting Kelly at [email protected]/ 651-458-7004 and making arrangements. Choose your pick-up date(s) and time. If none of these dates or times work for you, please contact Kelly as alternate arrangements can be made.  If ordering multiple weeks, pick-up will occur on Mondays each week of the program between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m.

If you have food allergies, please contact Kelly before ordering. Meal plans may include peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, fish, wheat and milk.

Sample Menu
Breakfast:
1 Thomas Bagel Thin 110 cals.
2 Tbsp peanut butter 190 cals.
1/2 cup sliced strawberries 25 cals.
1/2 banana 50 cals. (freeze other half for smoothie)

AM Snack:
1 cup skim or non-dairy milk 90 cals.
3 cups Boomchickapop Sea Salt Popcorn 105 cals.

Lunch:
1 Chicken Fried Rice Healthy Choice Steamer Bowl 330 cals.
1 cup baby carrots 35 cals.

PM Snack:
1 apple 80 cals.
1 Hy-Vee light string cheese stick 50 cals.

Dinner:
1 1/2 cups Easy Beef Stroganoff (recipe provided) 384 cals.
1 cup cooked broccoli 55 cals.
