
Collin Foster is a Registered Dietitian who has been practicing since 2017, providing individualized nutrition counseling and community-based health education.
He earned a Master of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Central Oklahoma, where he also completed his dietetic internship. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Oklahoma State University and is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Collin became a dietitian because he loves food and enjoys helping people improve their relationship with food. He believes nutrition isn’t one-size-fits-all — the best diet is the one you can stick with. His coaching style is grounded in empathy, flexibility, and science-based strategies that support long-term lifestyle change. Whether you're hoping to manage a chronic condition, improve your performance in the gym, or simply feel better day to day, Collin is passionate about helping you reach your goals while still enjoying the foods you love.
Outside of work, Collin stays active through weightlifting, indoor soccer, sand volleyball, and golf.
