Kelly Risley is a certified chef with an Associate's Degree in culinary arts from Platt College in Oklahoma City.  Kelly took undergraduate classes at Wichita State University before pursuing culinary school in Oklahoma.  Kelly has worked in country clubs, hotels, restaurants, steakhouses, and grocery retail with 18 years of kitchen experience.  Kelly enjoys cooking comforting dishes along with dishes from all around the world.  Kelly is all about cooking simple, somewhat healthy, and flavorful foods that you can recognize and enjoy.
