Do you enjoy getting creative in the kitchen? Then join us at the West Locust Street Hy-Vee for a fun apron decorating class. You can wear your apron at all future Kids in the Kitchen events and at home when you get creative in the kitchen! Registration for this event will include 1 apron per child, decorating supplies and a small bag of trail mix (to snack on while decorating!). Aprons measure 18" x 22.75". Recommended age range: 4 - 10 years old. Registration is $10 per child. Pay at Customer Service the day of the class. Please complete online registration at www.hy-vee.com to reserve your child's spot. Note that registrations are in 1-hour increments. Please sign up for your desired time, and plan to only stay at the event for about an hour to allow ample amount of decorating time for everyone else. The class will be located in the upstairs conference room. Please take the stairs located near the public restrooms. Follow the hall all the way down to the end. Your West Locust Hy-Vee dietitian, Heather, will place signage throughout the hallway to help direct you. If you need elevator access, an elevator is available near the Bakery Department. Please ask for assistance. Heather will also provide signage to highlight where the elevator is located.
