Know Your Numbers Health Screenings: $45 – by appointment.

Thursday, February 12, 2015, appointment times are available between 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

Knowing your numbers is the first step to a healthier lifestyle.  Visit your 70th & Pioneers Hy-Vee pharmacy to get an accurate reading of your cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein (HDL), low-density lipoprotein (LDL), triglycerides, blood glucose and blood pressure.  Cost for a health screening is $45.  The simple finger-stick test requires an 8- to 12-hour fast (don’t forget to stay hydrated and drink water) to ensure accuracy.  Results are available in 15 minutes.  After your test, your Hy-Vee dietitian will review with you your results and discuss ways you can improve your health.
