Travel to Persia with Chef Fatemeh and experience the delicious, yet healthy cuisine using seasonal vegetables and more!

Menu to include: tomato & cucumber salad with fresh herbs and lemon vinaigrette, chicken kebab with zucchini and tomatoes seasoned with spices served over basmati rice & sumac, eggplant dip served with pita bread and surprise dessert! 

Participants must be 21 years of age or older to register for this class with wine.

Fee: $ 17.00with wine/$ 14.00 with no wine
