Cooking Club: Let’s Do Brunch!: Complimentary Wednesday, April 23, from 6:30 p.m. – 7:45 p.m.
Foodies unite! Hy-Vee is proud to provide a place for cooking enthusiasts to socialize, learn, inspire, share and eat fine cuisine centered on a monthly theme. This month’s theme is “Let’s Do Brunch!”. Be sure to register and bring your favorite brunch dish, and the printed recipe to the class. Katherine Berkowitz, our resident foodie and cheese specialist, will provide our program. She will discuss the variety of specialty cheeses we offer and provide a tasting! The club meets the fourth Wednesday of the month. From novice to expert, if you love to cook this club is for you!
