Join your Plymouth Hy-Vee Dietitian, Emily, for a free nutrition tour focused on heart healthy eating. Learn more about how to easily follow a heart-healthy diet and about what to look for on nutrition labels. Emily will point out product suggestions throughout the store, as well as provide tips for cooking, meals, and snacks. Participants will receive a store coupon after the tour.
