Begin Using Proper Portions

Begin is a multi-session healthy lifestyle program lead by your Crossroads dietitian Tracey Sauke.  Begin emphasizes on incorporating new healthy habits to manage weight, fitness and eating for good health.  Registration required. Cost $29 per session, due at each session (other dates/times available upon request).  Participants have the most success when completing the entire program.

This week’s session is: Begin Using Proper Portions

During the Begin program you will complete daily food and activity diaries, set and review personal goals and receive support from your Crossroads Hy-Vee Dietitian.

  • How to control hunger
  • What healthy portions look like
  • How to prepare healthy foods
  • How to shop healthier
  • How to move more
