What does fat and fiber have to do with Diabetes? Well, a lot! Even though people may think of carbohydrates when they hear the word "diabetes", there are still other components that we need to be aware of when we eat.
Join us and walk with your West Des Moines Hy-Vee HealthMarket Dietitian as you learn about diabetes-friendly foods and how fat and fiber play a role with every meal and snack. Tours will start at the Dietitian's office to the left of the Pharmacy.
