Stop by the store on Tuesday, November 5, when your Hy-Vee dietitian Rebecca will be providing FREE A1C screenings. Hemoglobin A1C is a measurement used to help manage diabetes by assessing an individual's average blood sugar control. Screenings will take place in the Healthy You Mobile located in the Hy-Vee parking lot. Contact Rebecca at [email protected] with any questions.
