How well have you been managing your diabetes?
Have your HbA1c checked for FREE by your Hy-Vee dietitian to assess your fasting blood sugar over the past 3 months. This test allows diabetics to track their blood sugar monitoring over an extended period of time. Tests will be conducted on our Hy-Vee Healthy You Mobile, which will be parked in front of the store.
This test consists of a small finger stick and allows for immediate results. You do not need to fast prior to this test. Register today to reserve your 15-minute appointment time slot! These screenings are made possible by Think, Good Idea, Catalia Wraps and Novonordisk.
