Calling all Veteran's United employees! Busy? Eating out more than you'd like? Come to our Simple Fix class at the West Broadway Hy-Vee on Wednesday, September 18, from 5:00-6:00 p.m. You will help prepare 7 recipes to take home, freeze, and reheat later. A perfect solution for those crazy days when you need something easy! Each recipe is 4-6 servings.

- Cider Braised Pot Roast
- Italian Sausage & Cheese Tortellini
- Spiced Red Lentil, Tomato & Kale Soup
- Salsa Verde Chicken
- Asian Beef & Vegetable Noodle Bowl
- Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal
Bringing helpers to class is always welcome. However, please register only those individuals interested in purchasing a set of meals.
