September is National Family Meals Month- and we will find out more about Iowa State Extension's Spend Smart, Eat Smart information and make recipes from their program.  All recipes use low-cost ingredients and are very easy to make.

Deadline for registering for this class is Thursday, September 19, at 4 p.m.

We shop. You prep. We clean up.

* Assemble 7 family-sized entrees (feeds a family of 4) at individual stations.

* You pay only the cost of your groceries (estimated to be about $70) and a preparation fee of $10

* We make it easy and simple! All of your groceries will be purchased and ready to go. All ingredients will be washed and ready to use in advance of preparing the recipe.

* Clean-up is taken care of – we will do dishes and take out the trash!

* Bring a cooler or insulated totes to carry your meals home
