Home-Made Meals Workshop

November 2019- let us help you make more meals at home!

We do the shopping and prep the ingredients. You put together the meal kits at the store, and finish cooking them at home when you're ready for a fresh home-cooked meal. No sessions in December.

Register online to hold your spot. Email the store dietitian (at least 2-3 days before your session) with the meals you'd like to prepare at [email protected]

  • You will pay in-store after the session. 
  • Arrive any time during the time slot you registered for. Work at your own pace.
  • All meals will come with cooking instructions, noting fresh items you may need on cook day.
  • Meals make at least 4 to 6 servings.
  • All meals are freezer-friendly.

  • Saturday November 9, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. or 11:00 a.m. to Noon
  • Tuesday November 12, 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. or 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday (HALF) November 20, 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. or 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
