Stop by the Hy-Vee Healthy You Mobile at Belton Hy-Vee to receive a FREE Cholesterol (+ glucose, blood pressure, body fat%, etc.) Screening with your Belton Hy-Vee Registered Dietitian during this event!

• This is a fasting test so please fast for 9-12 hours prior to the screening or results will not be accurate!
• Please arrive well hydrated (you may drink water the day of the screening, but nothing else to eat or drink).
• Take any necessary medication the day of the screening.
• If you are well-hydrated, the screening should take approximately 15 minutes!
• Screening includes:
  • Height & Weight
  • Waist & Hip Circumference
  • BMI & Body Fat %
  • Blood Pressure & Heart Rate
  • Total Cholesterol, LDL, HDL, non-HDL, Triglycerides, Total Cholesterol/HDL Ratio
  • Serum Glucose
• You will receive a copy of your results at the end of your screening!
