Join your Fitchburg dietitian Kacie for this month's Simple Fix Freezer Meal Prep Class. You will assemble the meals and leave with five meals ready to use or freeze until you need them. All meals will come with cooking instructions. Each recipe is Dietitian-Approved and will serve a family of four!

Recipes include:
- Garlic Shrimp

- Asian Barbecue Chicken

- Red Wine Flank Steak

- Four-Cheese Stuffed Shells

- Roasted Herb Chicken
