During the month of February, Hy-Vee is offering FREE biometric screenings for our community! Your Hy-Vee HealthMarket Dietitian will be offering screenings on February 23, 2019, from 7 a.m. to 12 noon! 

In less than 10 minutes, your screening will reveal the results of a full lipid (cholesterol) panel - the same as you'd get at your physician's office. You will also receive your BMI (body mass index), blood pressure, and body fat percentage. The Hy-Vee difference is that your Dietitian will explain your results and provide suggestions on how to improve your numbers, if necessary. A pharmacist is also available to discuss any medication questions.

Please register below for an appointment or walk-in. Those who have pre-registered will have access to appointment time first.  Please fast 8-10 hours prior to screening for best results.
