Nutrition Tours - Diabetes

Throughout the week, your Hy-Vee Dietitians host free nutrition tours. Meet at Customer Service and join the group as we tour the store and discuss topics including diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol.

For this tour we will discuss diabetes-friendly foods and learn how choosing your carbohydrates carefully can make a real difference.
