Learn which foods will lower your bad cholesterol, raise your good cholesterol and help you enjoy improved heart health during a Free Nutrition Tour led by your Lenexa Hy-Vee Registered Dietitian, Jamie Young!
Bring your shopping list and Hy-Vee Fuel Saver + Perks card to earn 5¢ off per gallon of gas! Meet at customer service to start the tour at noon.
To sign up go to our Calendar of Events Page, select the upcoming tour you wish to attend and complete the information to register. You may also register by contacting Jamie Young at [email protected] or (913) 438-8308 (available Tuesdays and Fridays). Walk-ins also welcome, but it is suggested to call ahead and confirm in the rare instance that the tour has been canceled.
