Simple Fix Freezer Meal Class

Our Hy-Vee dietitian, Danielle, is partnering with MCMH dietitians for this awesome freezer meal workshop! Join us for Simple Fix on Wednesday, January 9, 2019. You along with your fellow class participants will work to put together freezer meals in 1 hour or less to take home and serve your family any night of the week. We do all of the planning, shopping and clean-up. All you do is come to the store, assemble ingredients for the recipes and take them home to freeze. Whenever you are ready, just thaw the meal of your choosing and prepare with the instructions we have provided. It's as simple as that!
