- Spatchcocked turkey breasts: dry brine + liquid brine
- Autumn Harvest Stuffing with butternut squash and sweet potato
- Arugula Cous Cous Salad with steeped cherries
- Sparkling Cranberry Cocktail
- Hot Cranberry Wassail
Join the store dietitian for a walk through seasonal flavors for your Thanksgiving meal. This is a demonstration and tasting class. Learn how quickly a turkey breast can cook, taste a new twist on stuffing and enjoy the flavors of the season in both a hot and cold beverage. Cost is $15 per person. Pay at Customer Service (any form of payment) or in-class (exact change). Register online.
We will provide all of the recipes and a shopping list for all of the items demonstrated during the class.
Class may be cancelled with less than 6 registrants. If we need to cancel the class you will be notified by the email you use to register.
