Join us for a Whole 30 Simple Fix class featuring local Bartholomew beef and Stanton Brother Eggs! Patti Bartholomew, cattle rancher, will be available during the class to answer any questions about their cattle and beef.
During a Simple Fix class, you will assemble 5 recipes (4-6 servings). We do all the grocery shopping, most of the meat and vegetable preparation, and all of the cleanup.
For this class, we will be making:
Bacon Spinach Egg Bake
Barbacoa
Beef and Butternut Squash Chili
Mexican Beef Roast with Carrots
Spicy Beef Curry Stew
Bringing helpers to classes is always welcomed. However, register only those interested in buying a set of meals.
