Get started preserving the harvest by using water bath canning for high-acid foods. Everyone will receive a copy of the Ball Blue Book with their paid registration. Extension professionals will teach equipment selection and use to achieve a safely canned product, adjustments for altitude and the detailed steps in canning various foods. The morning includes demonstrations of the canning process from beginning to end and several foods to sample! Registration is required. Please register online or by emailing [email protected].
