Learn how to plan, organize, shop and prep for a freezer meal session where you take 60 minutes or less to prep 6-8 freezer meals. Half the recipes featured in class will use the slow cooker, and the other half will use the skillet or oven. You will save time, money and improve your health by eating out less! Recipes and generous tastings of each recipe prepped and fully prepared included. Plus you will receive links for finding more inspiring freezer meal session menus. Registration is required.
