Eating protein for breakfast reduces hunger and calories consumed at meals throughout the day! In this class you will learn how to prepare high-protein breakfasts that incorporate gluten-free whole grains like millet and quinoa. Quick on-the-go options and lazy-day weekend breakfasts will both be featured. Generous tastings and recipes included. Plus, each participant will receive a dozen Full Circle Omega-3 Eggs for take home.
