Known as “the Juice Goddess,” Karen Kipp will host a special class at Hy-Vee, showing attendees how to juice and cleanse, safely and effectively. The Kansas City native will discuss the benefits of juicing and cleansing, as well as provide a list of the resources you'll need to get started with your own three-day juice fast.
Tastings will be provided, and participants will also learn how to access a free, facilitated online group fast, which will answer questions related to juicing and fasting. The information in this class is not intended as medical advice. Please consult your medical care provider for individual recommendations. The cost is $25.
