Warm weather calls for salad dinners! Join Chef Fatemeh Silverberg for these global seasonal salad favorites! Menu to include: Steak and Blue Cheese Salad nicoise (delicious whole-meal salad that is known in the South of France, using tuna, olives and champagne vinaigrette dressing), quinoa Mediterranean with chicken salad, rhubarb strawberry crisp.
