Warm weather calls for salad dinners! Join Chef Fatemeh Silverberg for these global seasonal salad favorites! Menu to include: Steak and Blue Cheese Salad nicoise (delicious whole-meal salad that is known in the South of France, using tuna, olives and champagne vinaigrette dressing), quinoa Mediterranean with chicken salad, rhubarb strawberry crisp. Participants must be 21 years of age or older to register for this class with wine. Tuesday June 28, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Club Room. Fee: $ 17.00 with wine/$14.00 with no wine.
