Summer is just around the corner. Join Janine Albers, your Hy-Vee dietitian, to learn how to prepare light desserts that are packed with flavor, but won’t pack on the pounds. The dessert menu will include Guilt-Free Crème Brulee; Vanilla Strawberries with Lemon Ricotta; and Raspberry Pomegranate Sorbet served in a Miniature Cookie Bowl.
