Join your Fitchburg dietitian Kacie for this month's Simple Fix Freezer Meal Prep Class. You will assemble the meals and leave with five meals ready to use or freeze until you need them. All meals will come with cooking instructions. Each recipe is Dietitian-Approved and will serve a family of four!
Recipes include:
- Hawaiian Chicken
- Parmesan Crusted Tilapia
- Curry Chicken
- Italian Stir-Fry with Turkey Sausage
- Orange-Herbed Pork Roast

- Cost of class is $100.00 plus tax and can be paid at the end of class. Can't make the class? We now offer a $10 pick-up fee! Let Kacie know you want this option and when you plan to pick up the meals. (Pick-up must be after the class is over.)
