Join your Fitchburg dietitian Kacie for this month's Simple Fix Freezer Meal Prep Class. You will assemble the meals and leave with five meals ready to use or freeze until you need them. All meals will come with cooking instructions. Each recipe is Dietitian-Approved and will serve a family of four!
It's summer-time and all of the meals in this class are ready to be thrown on the grill!
Recipes include:
- Ribeyes with Blue Cheese and Mushrooms
- Cilantro Boneless Thighs
- Greek Orzo and Shrimp Salad
- Peanut Chicken Kabobs
- Sun Dried Tomato Turkey Burger

- Cost of class is $100.00 and can be paid at the end of class. Let dietitian Kacie know of any food allergies. Bring your own reusable cooler bag or use paper/plastic bags available on-site!
