Join the store dietitian for a nutrition walk related to heart health- no fee. Register to hold your spot. Meet at the dietitian's office (between the Pharmacy and Wine & Spirits) the day of your tour. All sessions in December are related to heart health.
We will walk through the store, learning about foods in each food group that can contribute to health and positively impact heart health. Tours led by the store dietitian.
