“Eat food. Not too much. Mostly Plants.” Join Nina, our Milan Hy-Vee dietitian, for a summer cooking series under our One Step Garden pavilion. Each class will include small samplings of three healthy, dietitian-prepared recipes using fresh produce from our One Step Garden. $10 per person. Every year our garden yield depends on the weather – we will announce the recipes for this class two weeks prior depending on what is available in the garden. If the weather permits we will hold our classes outside under our garden pavilion. In case of rain, we will hold class in the conference room.
