Prepare meals for the entire week! Join us for dietitian-recommended freezer meals, each participant will prepare 5 meals to take home and prepare with ease on those busy nights. You can find the menu at Customer Service or at the Dietitians' Office. Please bring a cooler to transport meals back home. Sign up will close Thursday, March 5, to ensure enough ingredients have been ordered. Sign up by calling Customer Service at (417) 881-1950. Cost is $10 plus the cost of groceries.
