Meal prep workshop designed to make your lives easier, happier and healthier! Our dietitian Haleigh and Chef Sara will prepare all the ingredients, and all you do is attend the class. During the workshop, you will assemble the recipes in bags and take home to heat and eat at your convenience. No shopping, cutting or cleaning required. Each recipe serves 4 people.
