Join us for our Fresh & Light Simple Fix meal prep class! You, along with your fellow class participants, will work as a group to meal prep delicious and nutritious meals and serve any night of the week. We do all of the planning, shopping and clean-up. All you do is come in, work with other participants to measure and bag ingredients for the recipes and take them home to cook or freeze. When you're ready to cook, prepare each meal with the instructions we have provided. It's as simple as that!

What is Fresh & Light? Fresh and Light recipes are free of grains, dairy and sugar. Recipes will emphasize meat, poultry, fish, fruits, vegetables and healthy fats. This class is a good choice for those with common food intolerances or those looking to balance blood sugar and lose weight.

Sausage & Peppers

Cilantro Lime Chicken & Cauli-Rice

Tandoori Chicken & Green Beans

Shredded Beef & Rainbow Kabobs

Mediterranean Salmon

Cashew Chicken

*Each meal contains 4 servings.

We suggest participants bring a cooler, container, tote, etc., to load and carry out meals. We will also have brown paper grocery bags available for carry-out as well.

Simple Fix To-Go: Can't make it to class? We can help! For an additional $25.00 we can make these meals for you during class and you can come pick them up at your convenience. The additional $25.00 is to be paid when you pick up your meals. If you wish to take advantage of this service please purchase a ticket and email Kristi Sanders directly at [email protected] to have your meals saved and to schedule a pick-up date and time. We ask that you please pick up your meals no later than 5 days following the class date.
