August 2019- let us help you make more (HALF) meals at home!

We do the shopping and prep the ingredients. You put together smaller meal kits at the store, and finish cooking them at home when you're ready for a fresh home-cooked meal.

#2- Chicken Piccata with red potatoes {slow-cooker}  $15.00   
#3- Jerk Chicken Skillet with rice and beans {stove-top}  $13.00   
#4- Turkey Meatball Mix {oven}  $8.00   
#5- Italian Sausage in Marinara with rigatoni noodles {slow-cooker}  $12.00   
#6- Apricot Pork Roast {oven}  $11.00  
#7- Sweet & Sour Pork with sprouted-grain brown rice {stove-top}  $11.00   
#8- Italian Beef for Sandwiches {slow-cooker}  $14.00   
#9- Sweet & Spicy Braised (beef) Short Ribs {slow-cooker}  $18.00   
#10- Shrimp Enchilada Bake {oven}  $17.00   

  • You will pay in-store after the session; choose any number of meals you'd like to put together.
  • Arrive any time during the time slot you registered for, work at your own pace.
  • All meals will come with cooking instructions, noting fresh items you may need on cook day.
  • Meals make 2 to 3 servings.
  • All meals are freezer-friendly.
  • Smaller cooking equipment recommended, such as: 2.75 to 4 quart slow-cooker, 3 to 4 quart soup pot, 8 to 10-inch skillets.
