Join us for our Hy-Vee Family Favorites Simple Fix meal prep class! You, along with your fellow class participants, will work as a group to put together 10 nutritious meals to take home and serve your family any night of the week. We do all of the planning, shopping and clean-up. All you do is come in, work with other participants to bag ingredients for the recipes and take them home to cook or freeze. Whenever you are ready, prepare your meals with the instructions we have provided. It's as simple as that!

What is Family Favorites? Family Favorites recipes are generally healthy combinations that are crowd pleasers among both adults and children. Recipes will emphasize meat, poultry, fish, whole grains, beans/legumes, fruits, vegetables and healthy fats. This class is a good choice for families or individuals without food intolerances looking for a well-rounded meal variety.

*Each meal contains 4 servings.

We suggest participants bring a cooler, container, tote, etc., to load and carry out meals. We will also have brown paper grocery bags available for carry-out as well.

Simple Fix To-Go: Can't make it to class? We can help! For an additional $25.00 we can make these meals for you during class and you can come pick them up at your convenience. The additional $25.00 is to be paid when you pick up your meals. If you wish to take advantage of this service please purchase a ticket and email Kristi Sanders directly at [email protected] to have your meals saved and to schedule a pick-up date and time. We ask that you please pick up your meals no later than 5 days following the class date.
