Join your Hy-Vee Culinary team for a night out learning how to make sushi rolls. After some instruction and demonstration, each participant will make their own sushi rolls and will receive a sushi mat to use for the class and take home. Menu: Crispy California Roll, Volcano Roll & For those 21 and older– a limited selection bar of wine & beer will be available for purchase. Register and pay for this class in advance. Registration will close at Noon on February 28. Sign up and pay in person at customer service OR online at https://papiohyvee.eventbrite.com On the night of the event, doors will open at 6:00 p.m. Seating is first come, first served and saving seats IS ALLOWED for others in your group.
