In these virtual tours, Hy-Vee dietitians will educate children and families on the five food groups, what a balanced diet looks like and why it is important, and how to make grocery shopping nutritious and fun. During the virtual tour, children and families will receive shopping tips and product recommendation on how to add more nutrition to their cart. The Kids Food Group Tour is great for families and school classrooms!
