Hy-Vee dietitians will be holding 1,000 free A1C screenings in 40 different locations over the month of April. Hemoglobin A1C is a blood test that individuals living with diabetes use to manage their blood glucose levels and provides information about that individual's average levels of blood glucose over a 2- to 3-month period. Limited quantities available. Appointments will be assigned first come, first served.
