Hemoglobin A1c is a blood test that individuals living with diabetes use to manage their blood glucose levels. Hemoglobin A1c helps provide information about that individual's average levels of blood glucose over a 2-3 month period. We will be offering FREE A1c screenings in our Hy-Vee Healthy You Mobile. No need to fast. No need to sign up. Just show up between 3 and 7 p.m. to get your screening.
